Sand-Hut Sports Club (“Sand-Hut”, “we”, “us”) operates a cricket club, academy, camps and the Sand-Hut Premier League from Opposite Canara Bank, Near Rashi Club House, Nelamangala Road, Kadabagere Cross, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562130, India.

02Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details — name, date of birth, gender, phone, email, address, parent/guardian details for juniors
- Membership and billing details — plans, invoices, payment references, refunds and outstanding dues
- Programme details — academy batch, attendance, events, SPL registration and performance notes shared by coaches
- App and device data — login identifiers, attendance check-ins, limited device or session data needed for security
- Photos and media — training, match and event photos used for club records and, where consented, public club channels
- Enquiry and career data — forms you submit via the website or WhatsApp
03How we use your information
We use personal data to:
- Register members, run coaching programmes, camps, fixtures and SPL
- Collect fees, issue receipts/invoices and manage refunds or cancellations
- Operate attendance, schedules, notifications and the club app
- Communicate about sessions, payments, safety and club updates
- Improve safety, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting duties
- Publish club stories or media only where appropriate consent exists
04Children and juniors
For players under 18, we collect and process information with parent/guardian involvement. Guardians are responsible for keeping contact details current and for consenting to programme participation and relevant media use.
05Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with:
- Payment processors, banks or UPI partners for fee collection
- Cloud hosting, messaging or analytics providers who process data for us under contract
- Coaches and authorised staff who need it to run programmes safely
- Authorities when required by law
06Storage and security
Data is stored on secured systems with access limited to authorised Sand-Hut staff. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
07Retention
We keep membership, payment and attendance records for as long as needed to run the club, meet accounting or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to update or delete data where we are not required to retain it.
08Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw optional consents (such as marketing or public media), by emailing sandhutsportsclub@gmail.com. Some requests may affect your ability to use certain club services.
