By joining Sand-Hut Sports Club, registering for a programme, paying fees, or using our website/app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.
02Membership and programmes
Membership, academy batches, camps, private sessions, events and SPL places are offered subject to availability, age rules, fitness suitability and club standards.
Sand-Hut may decline, suspend or end participation for unpaid dues, unsafe conduct, harassment, damage to property, or breach of club rules.
03Fees and payments
Fees for membership, coaching, camps, events and other services are communicated at registration or on invoices. Payments must be made through approved channels (cash to authorised collectors, UPI, bank transfer or other methods we enable).
Late or failed payment may pause access to sessions, events or the club app until the account is cleared.
04Conduct and safety
Players, parents and guests must follow coach instructions, respect other members, and use facilities safely. Sand-Hut is not liable for injury arising from ordinary sporting risk, but we take reasonable steps to run sessions responsibly.
Members should disclose relevant medical conditions to coaches or staff so we can support safe participation.
05Website and club app
You must keep login credentials confidential and use the app only for legitimate club purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt services, scrape data, or access another person’s account.
App features (attendance, schedules, payments, updates) may change as we improve the platform.
06Media and branding
Club photos, videos, logos and SPL materials remain Sand-Hut property. Personal use of your own photos is fine; commercial use of Sand-Hut branding or media requires written permission.
07Changes
We may update programmes, schedules, fees and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
